OK looks like we should have 18 Germans for Saturday, 15 for sunday, still chasing Mi a go go to see if he's coming.
We should have 9 of the 34th for saturday only which leaves only 3 other Allied confirmed plus whatever XSite guys are having a go.
It doesnt look like WW2stu can make it and Wraith666 has not responded yet. It would be nice if we could get 7/8 Allies making the frontal attack. A couple of the Germans may be able to go Yank on the sunday to help you out, I have asked them to bring their Yank kit with them.
All in all it looks like we should have manageable numbers

Not that I know of mate, like yourself I did first aid courses many years ago, but nothing current 
Some bad news, my mate Deano's Father in Law died today, I had a call from his wife, not spoken to Dean yet but wouldn't expect him to leave Sarah on her own this weekend. Unfortunately that means we will also lose Mark Lowe his mate he was bringing and probably his mate from Stoke Jim. Not the end of the world if anything it will balance numbers better

Sorry, I'm a bit new to all this. I'm contacting you on behalf of myself and a friend who are very interested in attending the airsoft game you're organising. The only problem is this would be a first time for the both of us and we're not sure if our kit would be up to scratch! We've both got some basic khaki clothing and belgian congo smocks that we use at our regular airsoft site with a Sten and a Thompson between us. The smocks can come off for an infantry impression, but sadly it's more of an impression than something historically acurate. Would this be okay?
We're both keen as mustard to play as allies in a proper WWII game is just or first time so we don't want to be letting the side down.Kind regards,

I am going to say yes mate do you have Brit helmets of any type, I know it can get hot but a helmet says a lot about what side you are on by the profile. If we are lucky it could be a nice hot weekend so many of us may well lose the jackets and be down to shirts and webbing anyway.
You have the right weapons so no problems I can see.
I have a pair of Brit helmets I can lend out do you have things like webbing or a Brit small pack / gasmask bag for your food and water ammo etc?As many will say the most important thing is to turn up not just buy kit and stay at home like so many do on here
Mission 3 we may have a small squad of Brits on the Enigman now.

Any post game thoughts? I think overall things went well and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.

Yes some who had signed up could't even be bothered to reply to my PM's when asking for confirmation that they were coming 
Obviously with my message box empty they had read them but couldn't show the common coutesy of letting us know they were not coming.
Still I think we managed to make it work with the numbers we had. I had a lot of people come up to me at the end of the game to thank us and say how much they enjoyed it so that made the hard work worthwhile
I think we had a workable and interesting gameplan and being in communication with eachother helped things go smoother
